The API 6A Manual Gate Valve, FLS Series, is a high-performance shut-off valve designed for reliable operation in critical oil and gas applications. With a working pressure range from 2,000 psi to 20,000 psi and nominal bore sizes from 1-13/16" to 7-1/16" (46 mm to 103 mm), this valve provides flexible solutions for choke manifolds, Christmas trees, and wellhead assemblies.
Engineered for H2S sour service in compliance with NACE MR0175, the FLS series gate valve is constructed from high-grade alloys to resist corrosion and ensure long service life under severe conditions. It delivers bubble-tight sealing, low operating torque, and excellent durability in oil, natural gas, and drilling mud applications. Designed and manufactured to API 6A specifications, the valve meets PSL1–4 and PR1–2 performance requirements, offering maximum reliability in demanding drilling and production environments.
